VS moulded boot carpets

Has anyone else put the moulded boot carpets out of a VS into their VN or VP? I did it a while back and was led to believe that they fitted well. Although most of it fits fine, the part that goes on to the rear panel is well off when it gets to the area near the lights.

How have people overcome this? Can it be modified or should I give up and try to find one from a VN Calais?

My Berlina has the boot carpet? I thought all VN's did???

Mine had a horrible old bit of carpet on the floor, and a bit that went over the spare wheel but that was it. All the inside of the guards and rear panel were uncovered until I put the VS carpet in.

My VP Calais came all carpeted.. but on the VR Caprice in my avatar it has the underside of the boot lid carpeted..is that a part of the VS carpet?

Nah bootlid isnt carpeted in the VS.

The boot carpet appears pretty similar in what it covers between my VN and my VS, but its much better quality and a great fit on my VS.
