Ok so I got 2 questions.
First is. If I put 18’s on my stock hight vp. Will I have any problems or need to change anything… I wouldn’t have a clue. Sorry guys

Second my boss wants to sell me his 18” with out any rubber for 700. Do u think this is a good buy or that a rip off. He recons they are in fair good condition. But of corse ill check them out before I buy them

They are just stock Vy rims like in the pic

700 hundred for VY ss is a decent price specialy if they are in good nic. in not to many scratches, dings etc it'd take em... check out ebay or the trading post to get a rough price on what they go for in similar cond.

ok... 700 is not good... tyres will cost you 250 per wheel to rubber 'em and thats makes 1000, so, your buying second hand vyss rims for like 1700.. no deal.

My ANZ Venoms cost 800 with good tyres on them (18"s)

My car is lowered and i still didn't have to roll my guards. Just check it out, at stock height you should be cool.

Well he recons he should be able to get decent tires for about 200ish. Cant remember the brand
My boss recons buy the rubber And just pay him for the rims when ever I get the cash together. So I can pay him off over a couple of months if I need to.

Hmmm so i just looked on ebay n theres a set for 400 with tyres, my bad, it's been i while since i've taken notice of rims, my moneys concentrated on other areas of the car atm.

Brand new $1300-$1400 WITH tyres from a tyre store with warranty, balance, fitting, lock nuts and wheel nuts is what you should be paying MAX.

Plus you can get them on 12 months interest free so you dont have to pay them off straight away either, making it just as good a deal as what your boss is offering.
