    Exclamation Vs To Vp

    i am posting on behalf of my brother n i need to kno asap becos has to be done b4 monday....
    he has purchased a vp commodore now the mechanic wont pass RWC unless he has a Commodore Steering Wheel...now to be honnest the VP one is shockin lol no the question is can i fit a Vs on in it with or wit out the air bag inside but the air bag wont be fitted ie; non functioning airbag.

    i had a word to one of the blokes down at the wreckers n he sed no becos the tilting of the wheel plays up is this so...? if ne one has done it can they let me kno n he sed tht im lookin at $55 for a second hand VS steering wheel...

    if ne one has one they wish to sell...even wit no air bag but still has the horn pad...please post it on this forum.... either stering wheel from the vs is acceptable

    I just had the non airbag (but airbag looking) VR 'S' four spoke wheel fitted on the VN, much better than the standard VN / VP ones

    Dam got some old farts in these forums

    Anyway dude! Get a VR steering wheels some don't have airbags in them. They are just like the VS ones anyway.

    To answer the question the non airbag VR/VS will fit on but you will have a gap between the wheel and the steering column cover, which most places wont pass on the road worthy.
