take the horn stuff off. undo the nut and take it off. then turn it around and put it on the other way till the nut is flush with the thread. put you knees behind the wheel and put pressure on it. then use one hand to pull back on it and the other to hit the nut and flush thread. if that doesn't work get a puller.. usually it works though

Dont hit it until you have too. Ensure that you are always pulling with a nut on or it will come off and break your nose. If it wont come.. try bashing either side of the wheel in a baboon syle fashion... else... get a puller...

just rock it back the steering wheel back and forth, and be nice, and if it doesnt work THEN start rocking it rough, anddddddd if that doesnt work, invest in a puller, will save u alot of time and stress goodluck with it

the hitting the nut idea does not damage anything if you have the nut flush with the thread. but yeah.. invest in a puller.. no trouble at all then.

LOL The only time I have ever broken my nose was pounding on a steering wheel to get it off (an HQ). If it has two holes tapped in the boss on the diagonal make a puller. Get a piece of key steel say 10mmx20mm by say 20mm longer than the distance between the holes. Drill three holes one in the middle @ 8.5mm and tap out to 10mm. Drill the other two holes either side of the middle one the same distance apart as the tapped holes in the steering wheel. Make them a little bigger than the size of the tapped holes to allow for ease of fitting. Bolt through the key steel into the steering wheel. Wind in a 10mm bolt so it bears on the steering wheel shaft and she'll pop off no worries.
