Front sheetmetal work/conversion

Hey guys,
had a bit of bad luck yesterday, collided wih a kia Rio and destoyed my beautaful statesman front on my wagon.
anyways, when i get it reapired im looking at getting either a group A front bar to go with the stato grill, or maybe even a Vs statesman front conversion.
My question is this- will the group A front bar sit heaps lower then the standard statesman one (car already sits on superlows- dont want it 2 b 2illegal)
and also, will a Vs statesman front just simply bolt on?

The vs front will bolt straight up.seen it done with no cutting.The front guard moulds(where badge goes) are different,dont think they will match.If you keep the VQ front dont put the group a shit on.Uless they are on a real one they look crap.
