Unhappy ECU or a Air temp issuse ??

hi everyone i posted a thread a while back about my Vp ... It now has the engine management light coming on at certain times esp when it gets hot then the motor starts to hunt up and down on the idle -- once it is moving the light goes out i took it to get diagnostic done they told me it had a few issuses this is what it said :
    Checked codes only no diag:
Carried DTC check found DTC's set as below
    44 lean
    45 Rich exhaust
    carried throttle body service
Checked and found Vehicle not over heating
Found that TPS signal eratic going from 0% to 9% at idle
Found temp sensor operating intermittantly dropping to -2 degrees , they suspect ecu internal failure.
Found hard to start suspect injectors?

that what was the out come they gave me know 100% guarantee that it would be the the ECU ...from reading this would i be right in thinking the temp sensor ... as the management light comes on when the temp gets up on the guage -- but doesnt over heat at all -- so im thinking with the heat range all over the place -- the ecu is getting mixed messages hence the light coming on -- the temp goes upto 3/4 and the motor is hunting on the idle

next step i think ill pull me hair out !!!
Merry Xmas people ---stay safe !
