    Default back wheels moved over to the left??

    my nephew has a VP non irs and he put it up a gutter last night he says the car is still driving ok but when you stand at the back of it the rear wheels aren't sitting in the centre anymore they stick out to the left of his car???? does anyone have any ideas what he might have damaged???

    if thats what it is how much is he looking at to get it fixed??? and can it be done at home???

    the panhard rod is most likely bent, which he could pick one up from the wreckers for cheap and stick some new bushes in, should cost maybe $50 all up if hes got a spanner, jack and axle stands.

    but there could be more problems, like bent mounts, etc. couple of people have done the same thing over the past couple months and bent lots, which would cost a lot to get repaired.

    yeah it will just be a bent panhard rod. u can pick em up for like 20 from the wreckers. if ur lucky u might get onw with good bushes if not use ur old ones or by a new set.

    lash out the 8 bucks and get new bushes... seriously...

    You want to hope its just the panahrd rod, try that, if its not, take it to a suspension place and get a check done.
