I have noticed that the VR-VS front looks perfect with a VX HSV kit. I'd love too change my front too VR just for that front spoiler looks much better with the VR guards and bonnet lights set-up.

Yeah... the VN/VP guards are too flat in my opinion. Need some wheel arch bulges like the VR/VS... Also the VN bonnet leaves a little to be desired..

Exactly. Plus, I LOVE the VN-VP rear quarter. The squared off wheel arch is very snappy (plus you can get those wicked arch panels on the VP calais). I despise the VR-VS one. Makes the rear look like a magna.

But yeah, hepa of body kits around. Talk to some panel shops, they'll know for sure.

Its actually not hard to change the VN front to ANYTHING. VR/VS is a direct bolt on yes... But a complete VT-VZ front end will fit without too much hassle provided you get someone who knows what they are doing. The only problem, is paying for parts from newer model commodores.

I got a left front guard that kind of bulged out now
I spoke too a panel beater i know and he said it's really easy but do able, He said people think it's as easy as just changing parts like a globe.
If i went the HSV kit i'd do the VR front, If i went SS kit i'd leave it.
Vn2Nv your right the bonnets are pretty plan.

Yeah... flat VN bonnet and guards

The VS bonnet is quite nice, bulges out in the centre. More aggresive.

There's an easy solution to the boring flat bonnet on a VN/VP. I'll give you a clue: they're more commonly found on BA and BF XR8s, or FPV GTs/GT-Ps. Stick one on a VN bonnet and you have one mean looking piece of work!!

Meh ... when they look this good, it really doesn't matter what it came from
Besides, I detailed a BA XR8 the other day - a dark green one - and they're really quite nice inside, and with a manual, pretty good to drive too.
I wouldn't buy one, but if someone gave me one I wouldn't complain

lol i'ma leave that one well enough alone ... :S
I don't care what it came from - if it looks good, do it I reckon that bonnet looks mad and I'm pretty sure I'll throw one on mine when I put a 5L in Admittedly, that bonnet would be gay on a v6 lol

the best looking VN/P I have seen has been a few with actual VY fronts. They look like that is how it should have been done from day one by Holden!
The lights fit and no wiring mods apparently. The gaurds need some minor work done by a panel beater to fit the shape of the indicator and the stock bumper wraps round just nice. It suits the VP body shape wonderfully. A lip is also needed off the front edge of the bonet above the headlights.

best bodykit for a vp is definately the vp ss. those things look awesome.

and vn2nv, the ford with ss vents on s/c actually received more good feedback than bad

Default VX clubsport body kit on VN

Have a peek of the photos of my VN fitted with the VX clubby kit.
I think the front looks cool, the rear end is actually a VR/VS style but I had the back lip custom done to take the dip out of the top where the boot lid comes down.
makes the rear look like it made for the VN.
Bought the kit from a bloke off ebay and cost $600 to get painted. total of $1600, not $2500 which I was quoted from a body kit supplier.
    Have a look.
