is it possibly that somewhere in the car's diagnosic line there's a fault that makes it think the wires for limp home are connected?

its a good thing. means i dont need a new computer. one of the two plugs on the bottom of the ecu mustve had a loose wire, or having trouble connecting. took the ecu out, checked the wires, plugged it back in, reset everything and my problems were gone

im still getting the engine light popping on and off sometimes when driving, so ill give it an error code check tomorrow
