recently when i was tinkering with my car, i undid the strap that holds the spare tire in place, and set the tire up straight (still in it's hollow, but no longer leaning against the car's side)
without thinking, i tried to close the boot with a bit of force, but the passenger side arm hit the boot on the way down. nothing looks broke, but i noticed since then the boot lid sits a bit high towards the cabin and a bit low at the back.

don't really care, but the other night a reasonable bit of water got in, and i think the lid isn't sealing proper in it's new position.

anyone had a similar problem? any way to rebend the arms, or to chuck new arms on it? i'd settle for getting it to seal again, but i'll take what i can get
