    Looks like a phone antenna lead. A UHF or CB radio has a connector with a thicker pin in the centre

    Ummm, so is it good for anything? how does that work, i thought have a phone line it had to be connected to a phone line that runs up the power lines or whatever lol, i have no idea what im talking about.

    You might have an ex telstra car, my Dad has a VN exec with the same cord and connector and it used to be a telstra/telecom car

    i think i had an ex telstra car, i still had the module in the boot with that cord connected to it.
    Soon to be back on the road, Turbo VG.

    wether it is a phone cord or UHF cable I doubt anything will work if yo0u just plug something into it. I would take apart the console and lower dash and see where it goes. It most likely ends under the dash with another loose end.

    its an arial cord to a uhf they woulda just cut the cable and removed the arial its probably a specially tuned mine radio like the cops and ambos use no good without an arial thpugh

    thye probably removed everything except the cable as it not worth thehassle to remove. can't hurt to se what else is there though
