Broken quarter window need HELP

ok guys need a bit off a hand with this one car got broken into and they broke the quarter window on rear door ( see pic attached ) i need to get the new one i have in it was easy to remove from other car but iv no idea on how too get it in.Would someone who has done it before do a quick write up on it as im stumped and need it in asap

lol suffer... When they did mine they took all the door trim and that off... not sure why.

Give it a pop off and see how it fits in maybe.

should just slide in. When my car got stolen they broke that window on my car too. My dad fixed it so i cant go into detail of how to do it, but im pretty sure its a couple screws you have to undo somewhere, then the window just slides in.
