Default A Couple of Problems, AirCon and Cruise Control

Hey people, first problem i got is no air con. when i push the button to switch it on nothing, not even a fluctuation in rpm to show the compressor is on. Any pointers to where to look first would be great. Also my cruise control doesn't seem to work either, i switch it on light comes on drive at 60 press set but nothing, am i doing it wrong? if that is the right way then is there anyway to test the cruise control unit? Cheers

does the heater fan still work?? if it does, then id be testing the ac compressor fuse/relays.

when my cruise went, i just had to adjust the brake switch which is found when u flip the panel down under the steering wheel. its found to the left of the fuses on the pedal arm
