    Default I swear on my intercooler bro,

    hey...

    my cooler arrived today, looks like its got the goods, 600x300x80 Delta Fin intercooler, cost me $205 from ebay... its light as **** and looks to be strong,

    i wonder how much im gonna have to hack up my front bar to get it in

    oh yeah and i got some new tread so i can get this stupid defect off my car, RWC wedensday should have the rest of the welding done by next saturday then shes going on as soon as i can bolt it up

    wouldnt you just remove the front bar?

    if it wasnt such a good bar id cut it right out haha if u had the stock bar still id just cut the middle right out.. hopefull y u dont have to wreck it too much, espesially after just having got it not long ago!

    Well you have to problems and if you solve both your fine.

    A/C condensor has pipes that run to the front then to the back so the cooler has to stick out about 50mm - 60mm to clear. Which means you need to take out another 60mm out of the front bar.

    Also if you have a power steer cooler it needs to be relocated or removed same goes for the Auto cooler if fitted.

    i have a small intercooler for my pulsar i was going to put in on my commodore but i would struggle to mount that behind my standard bumper cos of that pipe on the condencer. that is another reason i want to go water to air.

    should look fully sick with that cooler tucked in behind your bar. gotta move that condenser. also maybe mount a bigger thin transcooler between the intercooler and radiator as they are going to be less efficient with that big intercooler in front off em

    now if you want it fully sic uleh spec you will need to mount you numberplate to one side

    LOL, i took 3" off the rear bar.. PERFECT FIT, no joke the 600x300x80 intercoolers fit PERFECT, i bent some of the fins trying to put the bumper on went back with tweazers and kinda fixed it up a bit...

    its all stealthed, looks like a shinny radiator... you'll see me dosing by noble soon enough

    it should be good, im looking into importing some parts from the states... im not gonna say what yet but it will be a few thousand worth

    im thinking ill get slim line plates $50 for more airflow to the cooler

    I see so many fully sik stock N/A VLs out there with intercoolers but no turbo and the plate mounted to the side. Mind you, gotta have almost no front bar to show off the shiny alloy love and make sure the next stone that flies up destroys your lovely cooler.

    Paradox616, looks good behind the bar like that. It's there but ain't all "Look at me!!!".
