Default Central locking - Two questions

Got a central locking kit from dick smith the other day:

    Central locking Kit

Installation in the front two doors was fine but I can't find a way of getting the wiring into the back doors with out drilling custom holes, do any of the VN models have 4 door central locking?

Other question is, where is the appropriate place to wire in the power? System works when connected directly to battery

    Any help would be appreciated.

has it got factory central locking? if it has m8 dont stuff around with it!

I went to do the same with my vp and it was more of a pain in the arse than anything else!

I just went to the wreckers and got another motor and even then m8! what a pain in the arse to change it!

took hours cause ya have to drop the whole handle and lock mechanism!

    what a pain.

Umm my vn has 4 door central locking.. Not sure where all the wires run tho .. I think it goes through the little rubber bit on the door to the body, then runs down along the footwell of the car....

the main unit which controlls all the central locking (all the relays and stuff) is mounted under the dash where the glove box is though .. You need to drop out the glovebox, and you will find it...

The front doors have the rubber bits but the back doors don't, strange. I might not bother with the back doors. I took off the back door trims and there isn't a lot of room in there for the motor.

I installed the control unit above the airvent above the fuse box, lots of room there.
