Hey dudes I'm from the VL section and a friend asked if any one knows where the pick up is on a vn thru to vt for tacho??

from what ive heard, the vn/p tacho pickup is a brown wire in your engine bay, passenger side off memory... dont have any idea about the VT sorry, hope that helps

Vt doesn't need an aftermarket tacho, they already have one.

I'll just check wiring diagram...

jolly_97 is right. It's the brown wire coming from the DFI module (under the coil pack) in the engine bay.

It does end up in the instrument cluster, even if you don't have a tacho as I fitted the VS tacho and fuel/temp gauges to my VP lvl1 dash cluster and the tacho works a treat.
