Default V8 memcal into V6 ecu

Can anyone else confirm this.
If I put my V8 MEMCAL into a V6 ECU it should work????

Dunno... the chip would probably work but I doubt the data on it would be compatible. They're 2 entirely different engines.

Dr. Bob would know.

Although a friend of mine had a V6 chip in his 8 once, and it ran, albeit very very badly.

All the VN/VP auto and manual ECUs are the same only the memcal is different so yes a V8 memcal in a VN/P ecu is what you would run in a V8 . Everyone should know this allready so don't forget it this time :P
