ok heres the story..
i went to flick the high beams on and pop goes the fuse.. now i replaced the fuse and again pop.. the guys at work came to the conclusion that there was a short in the stalk.. vn stalk are no longer made so i attached a new vt style one thinking that would solve my problem and when i replaces the fuse and turned on the high beams POP.. anyone no where it could be shorting and why?

tried changing the relay over? the wiring in th fuse box could be damaged or the actual lights themselves might not be earthing thru the light housing
relay ey.. im running out of 25amp fuses haha.. it might be the relay.. i was fiddling with it cause i took my starter reelay out so no one could pinch the car.. ill have a look

also check the wiring under the relays. therse a little tab you push down and the whole relay holder comes out
no where else is the really.. if the globes blown will it short?
