the whole dash? or just instrament cluster. cluster is easy just undo 4 screws on the dash undo some clips for switch blocks(or maybe you dont have to undo them) and take cluster out.

To remove the area near the cd player, first remove the section around your gearstick by lifting it up from the front of the handbrake cover... fingers underneath and lift up... Then that will expose some screws at the bottom of the section that surrounds your cd player, unscrew, remove.

Basicly just fiddle around man, everything is removable, so just search for the screws or try pulling it off.

    To get your dash out!

undo the 2 screws pointing upwards in the surround.
then undo the side screws also pointing up, which are undernear where the switchblocks are (cruise, trip comp etc)

then you have 5 plugs to unplug (duh) 3 on the left, 2 on the right.
The whole surround, including the switchblocks, will now be seperated, so you can get it out of the way.

then facing you, you have a 'naked' cluster, and 2 screws.
undo the 2 plugs holding underneath the dash (where the steering column is) and unplug the trip computer plug (up towards the dash)
you may need to use needle nose pliers to push the clip in, and at the same time pull it out with your hand.

Then the cluster will just pull out. Be careful not to break the clips that it screws into, as they are very fragile.

when putting it back in, make sure none of the wires for the switch blocks het caught where you put the cluster back in, as they're old and weak, and you don't want to cut any wires.

Thats just a rough guide from when i pulled mine out the other day.

Just be patient and you wont.

Thats all the screws there are. The main ones that could get damaged are the 2 holding the cluster in, so just go easy on those 2.
