Power Steering Pump Hose

I need to replace a Powersteering pump hose on a VP commodore i assume it is the low presure hose as it has hose clamps toh old it on and ios the thin one of the two. only its bent to a special shape which will be hard to obtain..

can i use just a normal straight length? and if so what sort of hose is it?

gday u can use any sort of pressure hose and buy like 75 cms to cover your arse, its cheap as. my line doesnt have a bend in it and its set up the same

M8 if it's the low pressure hose i suggest you be very careful! i just had to redo mine and it is real bastard to get at! i nearly snapped mine so be very careful, if your replacing the whole line it wont be so bad but if your just replacing the rubber hose be careful!

its only that shape cause its gone hard just replaced min only 10 buks but also change the clamps ok. 1 otherthing dnt brake the ###in plastic bit on the resivoir cut it with rasor blade and be vry carfull not to break it and do it when engine is cold
