Mufflers are same sorta price as a full exhaust basicly. My VS came with a receipt to have the centre muffler replaced, $220... Only costs $250 for an entire cat back exhaust.

Maybe look into a 2.5" or get a centre expansion centre muffler for yours.

You could fit a 2 1/2" straight through perf tube hot dog on the rear. It will take the edge off and give you some back pressure.

If you don't know ask then you do know... It's the last muffler resonator at the rear before the out let. Can change the note of the car to loud hot deep hot all kinds of sounds. Can even quieten it down and give it more of a note or louder crackle etc. Place i went to we tried many before i picked the one i liked, And it was the first one the slimmest

do you have headers on your car. or just the cast manifolds.. if you don't. put a set of headers on and it will sound better.

headers are stock. extracters are aftermarket. to the others is it legal to have a hotdog where the middle muffler is?

yes they are, although headers is usually the term when they are 'stock'

This is what a twin 2.5in sounds like.

Well worth the money (2000 including pacemaker extractors, and full stainless)
