how much are black interceptor rims worth each from holden?
on ebay this person said they retail for 40$ each, is this true?

Yeah, $40 is retail, but if you dig around wreckers enough, you'll find ones for $30-$90 that have good rubber on them too

i gonna phone them up and see how much just 4 black interceptor rims are. i dont care about rubber cause ill get the later.

They dont make them any more trust me. The VE uses a 16" cepter as per the previous ute range and also a different stud pattern/offset so no, they don't make them any more.

Theres a few hundred thousand sets of them on VY's and the like so there will still be heaps of secondhand ones around for a loooooong time yet

Dont like the look of those either. Car would look so much nicer if it was completely colour coded.. Front and rear bumper strips, bottom sill panel, mirrors and handles.

Thats the original colour coding for the berlina I just ripped off the strips on the doors as they were all rusty under them I did paint everything white but it looked really weird an I didn't like it at all, it's look good white if it had more flare kit but I dont wanna over do it. One thing I do want is a big lion decal on each side something to break up the white doors IYKWIM

Nah dude, I LOVE the look of the white/black VN with the writing on the tyres. Looks tough. Take off that rear spoiler + towbar lip, fix up the window tint, and she'll be the meanest thing on the streets. Especially with that V8.

I've just gotten hold of a V6 wreck so I can rip out the insides cause I broke all the inside molding trying to get the back windows out so now I gotta rebulid them again
The motor needs to be rebuilt aswell but that wont be for awhile either poor fing really needs lots of TLC, the last owner just drove it an never really looked after or loved it an the poor thing was cained in it earlier days too so the arse end is all farked up

Alan mance holden in Footscray has been selling interceptors for years..
I bought 2 for my front almost 2 years ago.. $99 each 15x7 with Re88 tyres 205/65/R15..
They also had some black rimed ones there with some wider tyre on them 215 maybe all black they might have been slightly more expensive.

Some dealers will still have stock of them, but they are getting harder to get. Why would you run a 205 on a 7" wide rim??

That was only the front, till my accident which flat spotted them like a bitch!.. So now there toast and i got 225's on the front, Much better to drive better grip but it is slightly heaver.
