    Default Factory Central locking

Recently i stripped the central locking, power mirror and power window wiring loom out of a vn/vp berlina. The berlina didn't have an alarm system in it either.
I want to use only the central locking and power mirrors and have stripped the power window wiring out of the loom.
I have all the door motors and power mirrors and everything but just wanted to know if the central locking module was the part that can use the factory remote or there is something else i didn't get when stripping the car.
The whole system is working but want to find out about the remotes.
The module I am talking about is the KIEKERT module located behind the glove box.
Also there are 2 wires that went into the main wiring harness of the stripped car but i don't know what they went to. As I said the system is working but just want to know about the remote locking.

    Thanks in advance

So I take it your VN doesn't have a remote? If you want to use it with the remote from the VP, you will have to fit the BCM which receives the signal from the remote and unlocks the doors. I think this is the question you are asking. Those 2 wires are probably to do with the immobiliser in the VP.

Thank you for that. I might go down the path of installing an alarm/immobiliser. Would probably be easier than getting the bcm out of a VP and trying to integrate it into a VN.

If you don't have the immobilser, the central locking would still work with the remote.
