Tyre Factory = ****ed customer service and ****ed workmanship imho. On my old mazda they used a rattle gun to do up the bolts on the brake calipers (wtf!? they had to be rattled back off, because even a breaker bar wouldn't budge them) and then managed to shear two bolts off of my front rotor, by cross-threading my wheel nuts. NICE work guys! >_>

even if your not confident the rears are very easy
just jack the car up take the wheel off undo the shock and drop it down and te spring comes out, line up the shock with the hole again have new spring in bolt it up and put your wheel back on

Another bad TTF story.. When i had my car lowered with them i called them at 9am to set it up all sweet, Walked in at 10.30am just for kings superlow springs nothing more, Walked out at 7.30pm. My car sat on the hoist for hours because they firstly didn't have the springs they had in stock when they first said they did, Then they got the delivery wrong twice, So i was there in 5deg heat with a T-Shirt for more then 10 hours. Your right customer severs is second to none Lucky they gave me a free wheel alignment

I went to Tyre Factory Cheltenham and they did a top job with original King Springs. I paid $350 not $300 though.

Comeone there wanks really... They ****ed my whole day up and didn't even 1 person apologues, And i was there handing over $640 for the lowering and tyres. I gave them plenty of time and i also warned them @ 3.45pm i had to pick my mother up from physiotherapy i'm her carer. I told them over the next 2 hours 7 times, In the end my mother had to borrow money to get home, And i still didn't walk in the door till just before 8pm. I was there that long i should have been given a wage for the day.
Now i have nothing against there workmanship, My car is fine and I'm happy with it, They just stink with lake of respect, They get there springs I'm sure from Bursons, Not once did they think of getting in that ute and driving down to pick them up.

Word of advice if you go to them make sure you ring ahead like 2 days ahead, And make sure they have what you wont.
