Default A Puzzling Problem With My Vn - Please Help If You Can!!!

Hi Guys, I have a interesting and puzzling problem here. Recently my interiour light and windscreen wipers stopped working at the same time. The wipers do work but only when you put them on constantly on, they just dont work when you select to have them wipe at intervals. It was working before on this setting. So ive ruled out that it could be the wiper motor as if it was that they wipers wouldnt work on any setting. ive checked all the fuses which were fine but just to be sure I purchase all new fuses and replaced them all and still nothing. In regards to the interior light the bulb is fine and the fuse is fine. I dont know if it was just a coincidence that they stopped working exactly at the same time but the wipers stopped working on interval selection then when i went to get out of the car i noticed that interior light didnt work.

Any suggestions would be a big help.

    Thanks in advance.

PS: I hope this made sense to you all lol.....

check the wiring on the back of the left switchblock. it controls both the light and the wipers, so maybe its just a bad grounding problem?

Use some pliers and pull the button out. Then pull the rubber button off its shaft and go to Holden and buy a replacement ($5?). Push it on. They get old and swell up.
