MSD coils

Hey guys today i'm looking for MSD coils.
A couple of questions,
1. does anyone have MSD coils or similar performance coild.
2. how much did it cost you
3. And where did you get them from.

Because where i live ( Mackay QLD) Autobarn wants to charge me $99 each
and they only have 2 in stock.

That's about the going rate. When we fitted them to my mates VP (I think I even did a write up for here) I think we paid around $75ea and that was around 3 years ago.
What's your reasoning for the upgrade?

I have them, but would say if its a stock motor, then save your money and spend it on something else.

do they make much of a difference over the stock ones

Down here they cost 1 more dollar than buying genuine from holden, and yes there is some proven performance increase but I wouldn't bother buying them unless your old ones conk it as it's not something you will notice.
