rip the cluster out and check theyre not blown!! if so, replace them for like $1 each

the surround around the gauges with the buttons on it, that all unscrews, so u pull that off(detatch plugs on back of switches), then a couple more screws and the gauge cluster comes out. then on the back of that is a heap of twist in globes.

have a search around the vn/p section, im sure there would be a tutorial on removing it somewhere

whats that lol soz im not good with the dash

undo the 4 screws that hold the dash cluster surround on,remove it,then undo the 4 screws that hold cluster into place,gently pull it forward,manouviring around the steering column and wheel,you will see the bulb holders in back of cluster,remove them(twist to unlock them,check colour of them,if they look black....cream they are blown,if they are still clear have a close look and see if the filament is still intact,if not...it's blown(the little dash bulbs)but before you go doing that,check fuse panel using the fuse identification sticker,your fuse for illumination may be blown,i don't know off hand now what number sequence the fuse is,but it will have something like illumination and something else written next to it on the sticker as to where the fuse is located....
PS don't touch the printed circuit board on back of cluster,accidents can happen,so it's best not to touch circuit board
