the engine light keeps coming on so i did that thing with the paper clip n got this

code 31.....Theft Deterrent Signal Missing (When Fitted)

and

code 13.....Oxygen Sensor (O2)

whats this mean????

means u may need to clean ya oxygen sensor on ya exhaust manifold or replace it and what kinda anti theft system do u have?
