90 Vn Calais Cruise Control

when i bought my car like 1 month ago, the cruise was working fine...now it doesnt work at all.
Ive noticed, at night, when u turn the lights on all the options on the calais dash have backlights. everyone is working except the "+'" on the cruise control.
has a wire come loose or something? not sure just stopped working all of a sudden. i think it was loose before, cause it would just turn off all of a sudden if i was using it...wierd

yeah the light doesn't work on my unit either (VP Calais) but its ok, i just remember where the button is!

as for it not working anymore.... ok this is going to be the stupidest answer you will probably get, but i know it's caught me out before, especially after i get my car serviced.

Did you check whether the unit is turned on, using the on / off button?

i know after i get my car serviced they always turn it off, whereas i always leave it on. so yeah i know its a pretty simple answer, but it may be the one you're after!

nah man, that is a stupid question but thanks neway!! and ive tried it with it on, and the little "crs" light doesnt appear..prob a loose wire or something..

whats with the + not working - mine vn calais, is great but same thing - the resume does nothing. I set with the "-" and it usually sets a few km under the speed I was doing.

none of my backlights work on that side pod... nor does the antenna adjustment, or the CRS...
Only the hazard lights still go. bugger of a thing.

check your fuse, mine wasn't coming on on my vp and it was that.
