    Question Pulling a Diff

    Hi
Im pulling the diff out of my VN Calais but most of the bolts seem to be seized. Whats the best way 2 go about this, angle grinder? lol jk. Also will holden be able to sell me new bolts for the rear end? how expensive are they if they exist.

    Thanxs

Plenty of CRC or similar and wait over night. They will be tight but once cracked should come undone.

if you take some samples to a bolt shop you should be able to set you up wit some new ones.. not sure on prices but i woldnt think they would be rare or anythin so should be reasonable..

do as not an abba fan has suggested, and if they wont budge, slide some metal pipe of the spanner, 1-2metres long and it should 'crack' loose

EDIT: lucky u, got my 500th post woohoo

14 mm spaner and a 15 mm spanner, just apply lots of pressure and they should crack no worries, if not as mentioned wd40, rp7 or CRC go hack and crack in the mourning
