what's this warning light?

just a bit ago when i was in traffic (not moving) i had a warning light come on looking like this

it's either oil or heat.
the temp guage was a bit over a quarter which is usually as high as it gets, but if it's oil, the oil pressure guage was bouncing from 60 psi down to 40, when it normally bounces from 60 up to 80 psi

it didn't stay on, just came on, made the beeps, then went away.

That light is a very dangerous light, it means your car has sensed the presence of a nuclear powered submarine. The beeping was the missile locking onto you. It went away because you weren't driving a VL......

Its the Calais (only) coolent temp is dangerously hot.

if i had it i would, i didn't want to ask n00b questions, but i didn't get a manual with the car, tried to get one on ebay, but jeez they go for a bit.

The info supplied from me was from the hand book. Any thing else you need to know just ask away. Only too happy to help.

Whens he helped me out? If I has, I didn't take any notice...(No offence!!) I can see it was funny to some people, I think I just sat there thinking WTF?? When I read it. Maybe he's just strange.
