Default Register the mighty VN one last time?

I'm thinking about registering my VN Lexcen one more time. Mostly to save the ks building on the VP but also so I can then pull things off the VP to make it go faster without having to do it all in a rush on a Sunday. And the V6 uses a little less juice. So what do you think? one last time for the VN? I think it might be interesting because if I do get it back on the road it might end up faster than ever before and then I'll sell it with rego next year

Register it. If you don't, you'll be tempted to drive it and get yourself in trouble!!!

It's been sitting in the one spot for a while, I've moved it about 3 times in the last year, so I'm a bit worried about the welsh plugs but I've got plenty of steel epoxy stuff out the shed:P. Theres masses of white powder all over every alloy part in the engine bay but that should rub right off :P apart from that it's all mint. Ill get some 15 inch ceptors since I have 4 mint tyres on the SLE, then the SLE can sit in the shed on the 17's that are holding the VN up off the quite long grass:P

If you're keen on selling it, might as well get it registered so it'll be a selling point when the time comes.

It's been for sale for like 500 bucks all year but no one wanted it so I might as well do something with it for a while, I didn't want to have to take such a nice VN to the wreckers

Hmmm ... I am always on the look out for a cheap car ... May have to consider it .. I think when you were selling it, I had the VN so did not pay attention ... But I say run it, see how it goes, and then list it for sale again .. Don't toss a good car to a wrecker... Contact me b4 you do that ...

Yeah, register the bad girl again. Then you can drive it to a more popular location for it to be sold, im guessing it doesn't get seen much where it sits on your land? I'm sure there is a willing buyer out there.

Except of course for one with the correct amount of cylinders which is a full second faster to 100 klicks. I'd accuse you of bias but I'm too busy staring at your avatar.

Register it. Be better to drive it around with 4 Sale in the window More likely to get it sold that way. And if you roadworthy it to register then well there is no reason someone wont buy it. Hell I'd take it off your hands as is right now for 500 if it wouldnt cost more then that to get it up to me

What I will be doing is porting a pair of heads+shaved and editing the headers and maybe changing the runner length in the inlet manifold, just enough so that it can run a high 14 and I'll say that's enough for a V6. I might even get excited and weld in some mini tubs so the future owner has some incentive to do something exciting with. Then I'll sell it with a rwc next year and buy a ricer with lots of boost to drive to work on the cheap and still have enough go to pass B doubles

Now that sounds like a fantastic idea. Except for the ricer with boost, why not just a ricer with class? I've been considering a mark 1 golf with a gti engine as a runaround for a while. That thing don't need no boost.
