Rear window removal

Any hints or tips on how to remove the back window from a vn? Easy enough to do myself? My demister's rooted, and i have one i can get from a wreck.

Any help appreciated.

just about to pull one out myself,rubber moulding comes out easy enough,just looking at it ,a very sharp knife should do the trick,to break it away from the seal,be easier if you had someone else,putting weight(not to much weight) on it while your cutting thru the windscreens sealant
