    Default rims

hi all, i saw this great offer on bob jane t marts website, they have some sweet rims 4 sale for cheap and i was thinking of getting 4 of them this week and then saving up for the rubber over the next 2-3 weeks.

if i get 18's or 17's will i need an adjustable pan hard rod.? i bought shortened Monroe shocks for the back today and ordered 4 king spring super lows. i want to put the rims and lowered suspension over a weekend. will i have any issues, also if i get 17's or 18's what sort of tyres will i need? 205/65/18R? i have no clue about tyres and stuff so if someone could explain for me.

For 17's you'll want 235/45R17 tyres, 18's 235/40R18's. The lowered springs combined with the wider tyres may mean you'll get a bit of rubbing on one side unlesss you install an adjustable panhard rod. Only one way to find out though.

They offer 12 months intrest free if you like. If not save for the tyres first and buy as a whole package, they always do a better price on the lot.
You should be fine without an adjustable pan hand bar, I have ultralows with 19's and dont have one.
    Tyres:
17's you would be looking at around a 225/45/17 or 235/45/17 depending on the rim width.
    18's would be a 235/40/18.

Like Airstrike said, you may not need it. You'll have to fit em up to find out for sure though.

had 18's on the Calais, & we found that lowered with 15's & 3 people, was making it scrape, so when it came to getting the 18's we rolled the guards & panhard rod, no troubles.....

VK is totally different to a VN tho. My VN is ultra;s 19's with 235's and rolled gaurds. I could get away without the rolled gaurds 90% of the time tho.
