I was suffering battery drain so after a while with the multimeter I found the problem was interior illumination...checked around and for some reason my boot light was constantly on. Took it out and current draw from the battery is back to normal. Anyone know where the sensor for the light is located or if this is a common problem?
sensor is a switch on the passenger side of the boot, it gets tripped by the boot arm contacting it, mine did this too. turns out it got worn down or bent or something, you could probably replace it with a cheapish switch from dick smith if you know what your doing, i made one with a mercury switch.
Yep I see it, thanks.
Or you could adjust the bracket it is screwed into, so that it works the way it's supposed to.
No it's not NOS it's LPG
