    Default repair LCD in L3 dash

    Hi all,how hard is it to change an LCD screen on a L3 dash?I can get a dash cheap but one screen has a bleed.Can anybody help?Adam.

    Can be replaced - but will need to be the same type - VN has small numbers and the VR/VS are much larger (VP too I think). I purchased a VS unit and swapped the trip computer over. Now have the large numbers and clear screens.

    Note the plastic is very brittle now days so be gentle.

    Just lay the trip computers side by side and be careful not to get things mixed up - should swap right over no problems. Just when you are putting it back together let the screws go back in to the threads as before - DONT cut new threads in the plastic - it can break the plastic.
