    Default VS interior into VN

Im interested in putting a VS SS full interior into a VN, is this possible? will everything including carper and door trims fit? How hard is it to do and does anything have to be modified to suit?

    Cheers Phil

The rear seat is different - the VN has the fold down section & catch as part of the seat.
In the VS it is installed seperately and there is a different catch & trim - you will need to source all that as well, and use the self tapping 10mm hex-head bolts out of the VS to bolt the centre part into your VN.

    Hi,

I was also planning on doing the same thing, but I heard that the dash would be a mission. would it look stupid having the VS door trims with the VN dash?

I doubt it would fit. VS air con vents are in the doors so they join into the dash. I'd be more inclined to steal the speaker pods off the trims vs and add them to your trims. If they're differnet colours there are paints you can buy for painting the vinal stuff. I'm not sure but i think the carpet sections are the same size in both (can someone verify this) so it should be possible to swap them over.

Aren't the VN door trims the same as those in the VS? (apart from having a different pattern and the speaker pods)

They might be in the rear but the air con vents are in the front doors on a vs while in the dash for a VP so there nto interchangable, I'll look for a pick.

When u say its a massive job, do you mean VS needs major modifying to fit. Or is it just a big job like pulling regular dash out and putting it back.

Has anyone actually fitted this stuff.

i dont think i needs major modifcation because it is the same basic car. the one thing i can think of is the air con units on the side of the dash are differnt.
Someone was talking about it a while ago im not to sure if they did do it or not... i was thinking about it but i have desided to just get a tacho... hehhe
