The trip computer has 4 globes in it. Take the 3 screws out and flip the white pannel with the LCD's in it over. You have 4 black plastic globe holders that twist out with a flat blade screw driver. Your cluster that worked ok will have 4 good globes in it. Holdens charge about $16.00 each. Jcar sells the globe bit only for about $2.00 each.

If your original trip computer globes worked just swap them over and be a bit gental as the globes can stop working with the smallest of bumps.

OK the globes in the "other" cluster are dead. Or when you put your cluster back in and now the trip computer is dark - no lights.

Take cluster out and re fit.

I'd guess that there is a plug not making good contact or the new cluster did not like its new home and fried something.
