vs-vy engine conversion in a vp

what exactly do you have to do to fit a vs-vy engine and gearbox into a vp what do you have to change to do it sucessfully. could you please make up a how to on doing the vs-vy engine conversion and can i just change the engine wiring, the computer and add the gearbox wiring for the engine and wiring to work in a vp. does it have to be engineered and does it affect insurance. i dont think so as its the same engine maybe a few more kws not sure but just wondered.
