VR/VS instruments into VN

Probably a silly question but I've noticed that a bare VR/VS instrument binnacle looks similar to a VN binnacle.

Are they interchangable? They are a tacho dash and seem plentiful and cheap.

If your talking about insturment cluster (temp, fuel, speedo etc)... read this next bit very carefully and in its entirity...

YES, they are able to be put into VN/VP... NO it is not a direct swap, YES there will be wiring changes to be made, NO it is not worth it, YES you will **** everyhting up if you dont make the wiring changes, NO im not kidding.

it is quite easy really. heres a quick rundown.

take the plastic circuit board off the vr cluster, throw it away(or chuck it in a drawer or whatever, but dont use it.) take the plastic circuit board off the vn cluster, keep it good, dont break it. throw the rest of the vn cluster away unless you want to swap the speedo over to keep your ks.

now, theres round circles on the vn circuitboard that you have to scratch the protective coating of. theres 6 you need to do this to, the tacho on one side and the fuel and tep gauge on the other side. i think you have to punch holes aswell. one done, put it on the vr cluster and do it all up, make sure you have the bottom rows of globes in the right spots, you may have to swap the plastic pieces that have the lit up pictures on them, as i think theyre in different places aswell.
