I had a VPSS front bar (purchased for somethine else), although it didn't have the the lower extension it did have screws along the bottom most surface, so I assume that's how the lower skirt was attached. Of course there are always other ways of doing it.

nah the screw should be alright, i have a couple vn ss front lips, the on the car atm is held on just by the screws and its held on very tight although it is made from solid rubber, the other i have is a genuine gm one which is rubber but not as solid and it has the screws aswell. so the screws should hold it but if you want to make sure, sikaflex it aswell as the screws

If it was me I woudnt want to Sikka it on because when u scrape the bumpers you tend to hit the skirting, then if you want to get that skirting resprayed you will have a royal bitch of a time getting it off! Just my opinion.

why would you wanna take it off, if you hit the skirts and wat to get it resprayed its probably better to get the bumper done to colour match it in with the rest of it

    nope.

and theres little lug plastic build up bits every lower vent section thing for screws, so theres enough meat.

id use screws and sikaflex, ive noticed on a few vp ss's, that the vent bits start to sag, coz theyre not held up by anything. sikaflex will help that. if u ever pull it off, ur gonna have screw holes anyway, so a bit of sikaflex isnt going to matter much, pick up a spare vp bumper to do it to if you wanna keep ur old one for any reason.

sikaflex comes in about 20 different types. You want the one for holding panels onto trucks and caravans. You could proberbly look it up on their website. I'm pretty sure that sikaflex and most silicones can be dissolved with Tolluene
