    Default heater

when i turn the heater on in my vp i turn it from cold to hot it still blows cold air what would cause that (heres some information)

the temperature most of the time stays on cold most of the time except summer when you slowly drive, let it idle then drive or stop and start then the temperature gauge goes to 1/4 and the fan still blows cold air sometimes could it be the temperature senders tricking the computer or could it be the heater tap and thermostat.

It would either be the heater tap, a vacuum line or a blocked core. With the engine running look at the heater tap and take note of where the control lever is, turn the switch to hot and look at the tap again. If it doesn't move, try moving it by hand, if it still doesn't move it's stuffed. If it moves by hand but not by the switch, that points to a vacuum line. If the tap is fine then it could be a blocked core. Disconnect the heater hoses and run water through it.
