I've got a 1989 VN Commodore, and just recently the park brake light has decided to stay on when I release the park brake. The light sort of dims, and occaissionally goes off for a split second but comes back on. I'm not really super intelligent with cars, but I'd like to fix this problem. Thanks
sounds like the switch to me spray the switch with elctrical spray and see if that works

Yep I'd have to agree, either a dodgy sensor (switch) or you could have a dodgy wire connection causing a short. If the light seems to get brighter and dimmer as you go over bumps then it could be a loose wire.
Cheers
