HELP>>>V6 engine torque specs.

G'day crew. Can anyone help me out and have a quick look in thier vn workshop manual and let me know the Torque settings and Tightening sequence for the Main Crankshaft Bearing Cap Bolts. Prob around 60ftlb but not 100% sure. Thanks...

Hey mate, according to VN factory manual -
Main Bearing cap bolt torque spec 117 - 127 Nm (don't know what that is in Foot pounds)
It doesn't say any tightening (or loosening!) sequence just says "tighten all main bearing cap bolts to the correct torque specification"

just wondering if this is right as im a gurl trying to reset my head bolt settings and have no idea wat im doing is thisit to these steps??

The head bolts on the V6 go 35 Nm and then on the second round go 81 Nm. Start on the top middle one then side middle other top middle, other side middle and work your way out to the ends of the head do that once at 35Nm then again at 81Nm. And use a high pressure lube/grease on the threads so you don't get friction and get the proper clamping force
