car making loud rattle

I have a nasty rattle that I thought was the water pump again as i have replaced many times but that has not fixed the problem, I have replaced the Idler arm, Put a belt on that bypasses the air-con, thinking it may be that, and the harmonic balancer is only 9 months old, the rubber is still in good condition, T noise is still there!: ANY SUGGESTIONS??????:

It's probably the timing chain tensioner. Does the noise sound like its coming from behind the water pump? Get a new timing chain kit and replace the lot.

it's a long shot but check the CAS isn't hitting the interruptor blades on the back of the harmonic balancer
