What is the dash light error (!) ?

My sister drives a VN and has asked me to find out what the light (!) means on the dash. It's NOT the handbrake light. If anyone could help I'd be greatly appreciated! She whinges oh so much.

I always thought that was a warning of a fault code.


Theres a few threads on here about how to make your own thing that can read the codes, or you can take it to holden for a very over priced diagnosis

thats light comes on when the brake fluid is low, pads are nearly shoot or brakes fail, i think i will check my sevice manual when i wake up this afternoon.

thats the enigne light, the (!) light is brakes as Matt_VP said.

Only light i ever see on is the park brake before i take off.


Got bored on the way to Mt Gambier and tried to see how many lights i could get on, could only manage 6
