level 3 cluster - some lights not working

ok, so on my level 3 cluster, sometimes the fuel guage backlight doesn't work, sometimes it does.
ages ago when i did the sticky guage fix, i had a look at it, and couldn't see any reason why, but i tried to make sure contacts were touching, didn't make it any better or worse.

since then when i took it apart, now sometimes the top couple of switches on the right bank of switches (cruise and aerial up/down) sometimes don't work. both these problems can be solved with a bang on the side, but i don't want to make a habit of this.

anyone had similar troubles or could post a permanant fix?

i did have this problem i noticed in my cluster, i took out the cluster n found heat from the globes contacts had melted the PCB board so the globes werent makin full contact so all i did was twist the globes so they were contacting on a new bit of PCB board and hasnt flickered again since

id say it could b the same with ur switches on the right side its worth a shot
