Vn Diff Ratio Mod

With other posts I see that you can alter the ratio utilising vl 3.45 diff gears,
If anyone has done this mod could you tell me first do I require just the crown wheel from a vl or the complete assembly? Has anybody performed this change with a series 1 v6 5 speed, and with what results? The current set up is very mild just... cam, computer, extractors and 2.5 exhaust and cai,
Another question is what sort of rev limit would my engine handle safely with standard rockers, (the current set up has had the limiter removed it pulls 6000-6500 with ease) Just another quick one can anybody recommend a good diameter front sway bar for hard street use etc the car has already been slammed 3 inches front and rear with kyb gas all round nolathanes etc.

The crown wheel and pinion should be kept as a pair.
