how do you overcome the overflow bottle situation? a series one has a presurized tank with no cap on the radiator the series two has a low pressure overflow tank with a cap on the radiator itself?

    not so simple...!

series 2 heads have a extra hole in them,

the Vn s2 block to VR block is the same and runs a overflow tank, correct vn s1 runs a pressurised system which is prone to heaps of leaks

but yeah you can run one and the vn s1 does have a overflow the same as the s2, should work fine!

ive got a good vn s1 radiator if your near melb its free to a good home

managed to dig one up from a mate, was hoping i could use the series 2 rad i had in the shed, cannot buy and aftermarket radiator for 2 months, from my supplier in W/A and a genuine would have to reatail for $350.00 i sold them a second handy that was given to me :P, after a flush and clean of course, $80.00 fitted is very fair i think
