im looking at getting a VL and turboing it + playing swapsies, i wanna know... what from the vn will fit in the vl?
the axels are bent but i geuss the diff center is ok, will the seats fit? (rear ones especially or was the vl a diffrent width)
the rims are ok just scratched up, i wanna get started on something soon as im bored already
Get on ebay and order some seeds bush man to stop your bordem. I think the VN is wider but you might be able to squash the back seats in, the lsd will go in if you can find a 28 spline vl diff. The V6 will go straight in :P, the fuel tank all the springs and stuff like that will go in. Stop talking about VL's because I'm starting to like how they look inside lately. It's a problem

dont think so, its not drivable and im NOT towing another car up the hume ever again....
greenfoam, if te diff housings ok could i replace the axels and swap the whole diff over?
i like the VLs without bodykits and a calais front :P
v6 is a no no, going to use the RB30E, id love to fit vn calais seats into a vl :P

RB30 turbo high mount manifolds are like $300 off ebay right?, i have a 2.5" exhust system already, a T4 turbo, steel braided oil lines, just need to sell my injectors and get ones to suit the nissan motor and im laughing
if anyones intrested in vn parts let me know as ill probbly be wrecking the car soon
out of the bodykit the rear bumper took a few chunks out of it but oveall its fixable, front bumpers still ok cuz it wasnt on the car and i have 1 side skirt thats intact, the other one i took with me and its munted, hanging up in the big shed i have as a reminder
VN diff wont fit in a VL, way too wide! You need a VL housing with 28 spline axles and bolt your LSD centre in and away you go. However, You can put VN axles in a VL housing, all you need to do is cut the required length off the end of the axles (from memory you will have about 20mm of spline left) and then get the spline lengthened by a diff place. Have done it a few times B4 and never had a drama, only reason for doing this is because 28 spline VL axles are so damn expensive!

i dont think ill be using a tandom trailer for a very long time......its about 3 hours away by car and it dosnt drive
i could spend $600 and get it towed or trailer it and you know how i feel about trailer now

the car wasnt on the road, dosnt matter, for all they care it could have no springs, no shocks, a jet engine installed in it, they dont care as it wasnt on the road,
he didnt even ask about it, and he had a fair look
